Sandra Schmid is a jewellery artist based in Martinborough, drawing inspiration from the natural world and the cultural landscape around her. She enjoys working with minimalistic, clean lines that still feel organic, capturing the beauty and complexity of her surroundings. Her pieces reflect moments of change, connection and introspection.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Whitireia, New Zealand, and has been a fulltime artist since 2015. Her work has been exhibited widely, both nationally and internationally, and has earned several awards.
