‘Pivot’ is a body of work created in the moment, allowing each painting to unfold through movement, emotion and instinct. It is a quiet dialogue between thought and action — a deep trust between head and hand.

Using oil paint and singular palette knife, light and dark surfaces emerge in pockets across the canvas. These contrasts create rhythm, depth and a sense of movement, reflecting both energy and stillness.

Painting is a meditative process for me — a space of presence and flow. In contrast to the busy, structured life of motherhood, the studio becomes a place of freedom, where time softens and attention turns inward.

Each work is titled as if it were an entry in a diary, with every canvas becoming part of a visual timeline of a life that is chaotic, beautiful, and fleeting.
